Just another update for my fan(s)
Chapter 13 is a life sucking whore (and not in the good way)
I am not sure why this chapter is giving me so much trouble. Perhaps because it is so ambitious? I wanted to have it finished several weeks ago, but then I hit a wall...
What is this "wall" you ask?
Well I am at a crucial part in the chapter, and actually a crucial part in the entire story. And about half way through writing it I realized...I didn't like the way it was turning out. So I am facing the dreaded re-write!
But to keep everyone satisfied I decided to re-upload a part of an earlier attempt at WoD fan-fiction.

Currently chapter 13 is 4 pages long, and should clock in around 7 or 8 by my estimation. It's going really well, and its the first chapter/journal to have actual action! Its good practice I suppose. I never felt I was good at writing action. I think I found a process that works for me tho. I start by describing the basics (based on how I imagine it playing out in my head), then I go back over the paragraphs and fill in more and more details until it feels right. I guess I write how someone would draw. First the outline, then the details, then colour, etc etc. This is an important chapter that sets a few key sub-plots in motion.
